GlitterSip (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website www.glittersip.com. These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of the Site and purchase of Goods (the glitter bombs). By accessing or ordering, you accept these T&C.

Eligibility

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter these Terms. Using the Site or placing an order means you agree to abide by them.

Product Information & Pricing

  • Goods are marketed for adult use in beverages.
  • Prices displayed on the Site include GST.
  • MRP is ₹220 per unit; all offers and bundles comply with Indian price laws.
  • We reserve the right to update prices, descriptions, and images at any time.

Order & Payment

  • Orders may be placed via credit/debit cards, net‑banking, UPI, or other methods.
  • We’ll send an email confirmation upon successful payment.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason (e.g., out-of-stock, pricing errors)

Shipping & Delivery

  • Service Coverage: We currently ship our products across India via reputed logistics partners including Shiprocket but not limited to Blue Dart, Delhivery, and India Post.
  • Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving full payment confirmation.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Estimated delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout based on your location. Standard delivery within metro cities is 3–5 working days and 5–7 working days for non-metro and remote areas.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees, if any, will be clearly mentioned at checkout. We may offer free shipping promotions periodically.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and link will be shared via email and/or SMS to monitor your delivery in real-time.
  • Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays due to force majeure events such as weather disruptions, natural disasters, strikes, or courier partner issues are beyond our control. We will notify customers of such delays promptly.
  • Delivery Attempt: Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the delivery is not successful due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the product will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our cotton candy glitter bombs, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, taste preference, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement: Refunds or replacements will be offered only if:

  • The product received is physically damaged or tampered with.
  • The item is incorrect (wrong flavor or quantity) compared to what was ordered.
  • The package is lost in transit or undelivered after 15 working days.

Procedure to Claim

  • Email contact@glittersip.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include clear photographs or unboxing video showing the issue.
  • Mention your order number, full name, and delivery address.

Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.
  • In cases of COD (cash on delivery), refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer, as applicable.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Product opened or consumed.
  • Delay in delivery due to incorrect address.
  • Missed delivery despite multiple attempts.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
  • How to Cancel: To cancel, email contact@glittersip.com with your order ID and reason for cancellation. If eligible, we will confirm cancellation by email.
  • Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • Refund for Cancelled Orders: If payment has already been made, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All trademarks, logos, product designs, images, videos, website content, and branding elements are the exclusive property of GlitterSip and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws in India.
  • Restricted Use: No part of this website may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way without prior written permission.
  • Violation: Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

Product Use Disclaimer: GlitterSip glitter bombs are intended solely for beverage enhancement and must be used as directed. They are not meant for children under 5 or individuals with dietary restrictions unless approved by a healthcare provider.

Indirect Damages: Under no circumstances shall GlitterSip be held liable for incidental, indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of the use or misuse of our products.

Liability Cap: Our total liability to you, under any legal theory, is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GlitterSip, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against all losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs (including legal fees) resulting from any violation of these Terms or your misuse of the website or products.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
  • Dispute Mechanism: All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
  • Arbitration Clause: In the event of any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Surat, Gujarat. The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a sole arbitrator appointed mutually by the parties.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on the website with a “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes implies your acceptance.
