At GlitterSip, we aim to ensure you have a smooth and satisfying experience from start to sparkle. If you need to cancel or request a refund, here’s how we can help:

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if they haven’t been processed or shipped.
  • To request a cancellation, please email us at contact@glittersip.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our edible products, we do not accept returns once a product is opened or delivered. However, we will offer a full refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • The wrong product or flavor was delivered.
  • The package was never received due to an error on our end.

To request a refund or replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@glittersip.com.
  • Provide your order number and photo evidence (if applicable).
  • Once verified, we’ll issue a refund or ship out a replacement at no extra cost.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method once approved.
